Terms and conditions after making payments 

Barbie hair hereby informs everyone that we do not do refunds once you have made payments for your hair, collected it or installed it.

If you have not cut the lace of your wig as yet we can still assist in reselling the hair in store or we can exchange the hair if possible. We do not exchange hair that we make into a wig ourselves because it was bundles when we had to make it into a wig for you. We can exchange a factory make wig but only straight not curls unless the curls you would like to exchange to are already in store. The wig needs to be at its original condition.

If it happens that you cut the lace, worn the hair and realize that there is a malfunction, you no-longer like the hair or your head doesn’t fit in the wig, we do not do refunds or exchanges. We can only assist and guide you on how you can adjust the wig for it to be able to fit you or advise you on how you can improve the way your wig looks to fit your expectations.

If you are still not happy with our solutions we can resell the wigs for you at a reduced price as a pre-owned wig but you will have to pay for treatment so we can help make it look good.

Our wigs are made with a machine so they are bound  to shred , or tangle like all hair especially our Double drawn and Super double drawn. This can be caused by how the wig is made (referring to machine made wig process) and (the majority of the strands of the wig being the same length).

Please be advised that buying hair is costly and also maintaining it is costly. We advise that you must take the hair for maintenance at the place that you had purchased it from or you can take it to a professional to maintain it for you.

Do not compare our hair to any other vendor since you did not purchase your hair from them.

Always be sure of what you are buying before purchasing it. Come to the store yourself to avoid disappointment.

The longevity of a wig depends on you, for some it can last only 3 months for others it can last more than 2 years depending on how well you take care of your wig.

Over time the hair changes from its original state to a reduced quality. This is caused by hair being worn for a long period of time, washing the hair (all chemicals added to the hair leave) or apply a large amount of glue on the lace which can lead to difficulty removing the glue and causing you to damage your own lace.
